Over 500 schools across 7 states have hosted Dinosaurs Live as a free family fun night where no admission was charged and no raffle was provided - these events were hosted to simply provide a fun, safe evening for families to spend time together learning and playing.  FFFN, due to overwhelming requests, has now made fundraising options available so your school can raise funds for your next project.  

We offer 3 NEW ways to raise funds when hosting Dinosaurs Live if your school chooses the fundraising option.

 

   Option A - Charge Admission: 

  1. The school sells advance tickets as well as tickets at the door the day of the event in order to raise funds.

  2. How charging admission works: The school spends $100 to purchase this fundraising option and FFFN provides all the custom digital assets needed to market the event.  (No purchase orders will be accepted, but check, cash, and credit/debit cards are accepted.)

  3. School hands out a 4" x 6" fundraising postcard, provided digitally by Dinosaurs Live and printed out by the school, 4 weeks from the event, to each student, which promotes advance ticket sales to the event.

  4. School sells advance admission tickets to students and their families at $3.00/ticket prior to the day of the event.  The ticket template with be provided digitally by Dinosaurs Live for the school to print and sell tickets. 

  5. All digital assets will be provided by FFFN/Dinosaurs Live in a size and format no larger than 8.5" x 11" so they can be printed by your school on a standard office printer.

  6. School keeps 100% of advance ticket sales.

  7. Ticket sales the night of the event (at the door) will be sold by the school for $5.00/ticket per person.  At the end of the event, there will be a split paid (75% to the school, 25% to FFFN) to FFFN via a check, cash, or credit/debit card (purchase orders are not accepted) to FFFN staff member. This split must be paid the night of the event.  

  8. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE $100 is paid.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

  Option B - Sell Raffle Tickets: 

  1. The school sells advance raffle tickets prior to the doors opening the evening of the event in order to raise funds for the school.

  2. How the raffle ticket option works: The school spends $50 to purchase this fundraising option and FFFN provides all the custom digital assets needed to market the raffle.  (No purchase orders will be accepted, but check, cash, and credit/debit cards are accepted.)

  3.  All digital assets will be provided by FFFN/Dinosaurs Live in a size and format no larger than 8.5" x 11" so they can be printed by your school on a standard office printer.  

  4. The students/staff/faculty sell Dinoriffic Raffle tickets (at your desired price) in order to help raise funds for your school.

  5. Your students/staff/faculty sell the raffle tickets to family, friends, community members, etc.  The prize package is provided by FFFN and includes: 2 popcorns, 2 cotton candies, 2 inflatable ride passes, and 2 face paints. 

  6. The school retains all funds raised by selling the raffle tickets.

  7. The school holds the Dinoriffic Raffle drawing the day of the event, prior to the doors opening.

  8. One winner will be announced and they may claim their prizes the night of the event from our FFFN staff member.

  9. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE $50 is paid.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

   Option C - Charge Admission and Sell Raffle Tickets

  1. Combine the above two options.  The school spends $150 to purchase this fundraising option and FFFN provides all the custom digital assets needed to market the event and the Dinoriffic Raffle. The school receives both of the above options to raise funds.

  2.  All digital assets will be provided by FFFN/Dinosaurs Live in a size and format no larger than 8.5" x 11" so they can be printed by your school on a standard office printer.  

  3. As stated in Option A, ticket sales the night of the event (at the door) will be sold by the school for $5.00/ticket per person.  At the end of the event, there will be a split paid (75% to the school, 25% to FFFN) to FFFN via a check, cash, or credit/debit card (purchase orders are not accepted) to FFFN staff member. This split must be paid the night of the event.   Dinoriffic Raffle rules are outlined in Option B.

  4. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE $150 is paid.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
